BBI JU is joining the 2022 European Biomass Conference and Exhibition (EUBCE) to co-organise the Industry Track, a series of sessions dedicated to the biomass and bioenergy industry stakeholders to exchange cutting-edge information and raise their knowledge about the future of the industry sector. As the largest biomass conference and exhibition in the world, EUCBE brings together the greatest minds and latest advancement in biomass and aims to accelerate research and market uptake across the globe.
In co-organising the Industry Track Sessions, BBI JU will help moving the primary focus on biomass and bioenergy to include a wide range of bio-based products that contribute to resource-efficient and sustainable, low carbon economies.
'This collaboration is an important step to amplify the impacts of the BBI JU initiative and build the future of the circular bio-based economy in Europe,' explains BBI JU Executive Director Philippe Mengal. 'By contributing to EUBCE and its Industry Track, the BBI JU confirms its role as the leading organisation in the bioeconomy landscape and its commitment to a truly sustainable society.'
The hybrid event will take place on 9-12 May 2022 in Marseille, France and will bring together thousands of delegates, including academics, policymakers and industry stakeholders.
