The transition towards a bioeconomy is in full swing. One of the challenges in getting there is access to the necessary finance to ensure market introduction of key technologies.
The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Belgium will bring together Benelux companies active in the bioeconomy, public and private investors and lenders, and EU and Benelux decision makers in order to discuss this topical issue and identify possible ways forward.
Confirmed speakers include Eleni Zika, BBI JU Head of Programme; the European Investment Bank (EIB), and several Dutch and Belgian biobased companies with first-hand experience in accessing finance and related hurdles.
When: 8 October 2019, 14:00 – 18:00
Where: Netherlands Embassy to Belgium, Avenue de Corthenberg 4-10, Brussels
